Product Care & Return Responsibility

Customers are expected to handle and maintain the product(s) with utmost care while they are in their possession. To be eligible for a return, all items must be sent back in the same condition as received.

This includes:

• Original packaging
• Tags and labels intact
• All accompanying documentation and instructions

Any product returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may not qualify for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Product Claims

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not meet expected quality standards at the time of delivery, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Inspection & Refund Process

After the returned product is received by VelzoWear, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection. Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, we aim to process the refund at the earliest possible time. However, the refund will be completed within a maximum period of 30 working days from the date of confirmation email regarding eligibility.

These Terms & Conditions, along with any related policies or agreements, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
