Return Policy

Guidelines for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• All product tags must be intact and returned in original packaging
• The product must be unused and unworn
• Items should be unwashed and in undamaged condition

Important Note:
For any claims related to missing items or incorrect products, customers are required to provide a clear unboxing video as proof. The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims without valid video evidence may not be accepted.

Return Initiation

To initiate a return, customers must raise a return request through our platform.

VelzoWear offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

Return Charges & Conditions

• A reverse pickup and handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted
• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable
• For orders with multiple items, additional shipping fees may apply
• Only one return or exchange request per order is allowed

Refund Process

Once the returned product is picked up and received, it will be inspected by our team.

• Refunds are initiated within 1 working day after successful inspection
• After initiation, it may take 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account
• The refund timeline may vary depending on your original mode of payment

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

VelzoWear offers an easy 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Products can only be exchanged for:

• The same item in a different size, or
• A different size of the same product (subject to availability)

Please note that exchanged items cannot be returned afterward.

Exchange Initiation

To request an exchange, customers must raise an exchange request through our platform within the 7-day window.

Exchange Conditions

• If your order includes multiple products, additional shipping charges may apply
• Only one exchange or return request per order is permitted

Orders placed under bundle or promotional offers are not eligible for return. However, exchanges may be allowed as per availability.
